OUTFITS: Do you have some sort of businesswoman's special?
The answer is yes. Here is what to wear on every working day of the week as we shift out of summer.
Cooler weather might be within sniffing distance, but that doesn’t mean we don’t have some heat left to wade through yet. So this week we’re bringing you five outfit ideas to help your summer work wardrobe last through the fading days of February and into March.
We promise you they’re far more colourful than Romy and Michelle’s 90s looks but no less iconic.
In this week’s newsletter you’ll find five outfit formulas for five days of the week, with reference images and links to all suggested products for:

MONDAY: The Dress and Blazer Approach

This is the Monday morning mindset to aim for in outfit form: minimal fuss, maximum impact, so you can start the week off on the right foot. A dress paired with a blazer is simple and versatile enough to see you through a cool morning commute, an airconditioned office, and a warm afternoon lunch al fresco. But the key to making this formula work is the fit.
Taking inspiration from Natasha Goldenberg, look for a midi-length dress that has an element of texture or print, and a tapered fit through the middle to create silhouette. Layer over a boxier, oversized, more masculine blazer to counterbalance the more traditionally feminine ‘dress’ element. The contrast will be fresh and compelling.
90% of the work is done, you now just need to accessorise with confidence.
We’ve said it before: brooches are going to be 2025’s accessory-du-jour for those in the know, and we’re leaning in. Just like Natasha above, look for something bold, gold and chunky. Round it off with a pair of similarly substantial earrings and white kitten-heeled pumps to keep it feeling light on the hoof.
